I made casserole for dinner tonight. Cheesy Chicken, Bacon and Broccoli Bake. Keto appropriate and with a salad, will make me very happy. I hope it makes my mister happy too.

But in this one dish prep, I used 2 pans, 3 bowls, 2 large spoons, 1 spatula, measuring cups and spoons, a chopping surface and a knife. That seems like a lot for one meal that isn’t Thanksgiving. And because I needed to store the pan in the fridge for a couple of hours, I cleaned out about 4 containers of old leftovers. Pretty quick here, I gotta go get all the dishes done up, I suppose, because they are not going to magically disappear. Just procrastinating.


I have lost 8 pounds so there’s that.
