I think I’ll be starting this next week: How To Do An Elimination Diet

Having had another really fun evening and night, I have decided that I can’t not take this step to try to figure out what is bad for me.

But… coffee is on this list…how will I survive?? *grin*

As with all allergy tests, it too has its flaws.  But it’s inexpensive, easy to do, empowering you do it, not a lab and you experience the results first-hand, which can be a more powerful stimulus for dietary changes than a lab test.

This is a link I grabbed months ago. It’s one of the easiest explanation and set of steps I can find on the web. Putting it out there to get comment and opinion.
